I sent 3 TH8600 in for programing and also talked with them on the phone. Great customer service. He explained everything to me and I sent the Radio's in for programing on Thursday and had them back on Tuesday. Ultra fast turn around and great communication. I even bought a handheld because of the service. Highly recommend.
